Sir’s approved long-term goals and related targets for boy s37:
- My boy s37 will develop a physique that is pleasing to me and that aligns with an athletic and muscular build with a targeted body fat percentage of 10-15%, a chest measure of 40”. >> Decrease in chest (.02″), increase in waist (.01″), increase in belly (.25″), increase in body fat % (.1).
- November target – My boy will focus on stretching and body weight exercises >> Added stretching each week with an avg of 3.5 stretch routines per week.
