Each month, boy s37 will report results based on the fitness goals that Sir Zuegi has approved for us. His boy will then present the results to Sir and get further instructions and guidance. Learn more about our Dom/sub fitness training dynamic and how these results are actioned on.

SIR’S COMMAND: This boy will submit for body image and measurement reporting on the first of each month. Body measures will be promptly recorded and reported to Sir with His boy being held accountable for progress towards His goals.

Sir’s approved long-term goals and related targets for boy s37:
- My boy s37 will develop a physique that is pleasing to me and that aligns with an athletic and muscular build with a targeted body fat percentage of 10-15%, a chest measure of 40”, bicep measures of 14”, a shoulder measure of 46” and thigh measures of 24”. >> Increase in chest (.15″), decrease in waist (.18″), decrease in belly (.8″), decrease in body fat % (.2).
- August target – boy will diversify his pushup routine to include regular, wide and narrow pushups and hit a goal of 60 per day >> Your boy diversified the pushup routine to include Your required types as well as incline and decline pushups. This routine was used each day pushups were done. Narrow pushups were the hardest, but this boy quickly developed greater strength with these. Your boy completed 3215 total pushups during the month of August.
- August target – boy will focus on maintaining a workout plan despite the focus on kitchen project >> Your boy continues to prepare a workout plan each week and to complete all planned workouts, except for those where Your boy was sick. Your boy completed 18 total workouts in August.
- My boy s37 will develop and maintain a rock solid core with a chiseled and visible set of abs that’s pleasing to me. >> Downward trend in BF%, waist and belly size.
- August target – boy will continue to track his diet and only not track meals approved by Sir >> Your boy continued to diet track, and delivered a 91.2% diet adherence for August. Your boy only had 10 meals not-tracked with in August, all of which were approved by You Sir.
- My boy s37 will develop and maintain excellent cardiovascular health and endurance so that he performs well for all of my required training. >> Increase in cardio & endurance type workouts and overall cardio/endurance.
- August target – boy will focus on getting back to performing a cardio workout once a week so long as his injury is not recurring >> Your boy completed 11 runs in August Sir. Towards the end of the month, this boy started running first thing in the morning to maximize the effect of after burn while in a fasted state. This has led to a huge energy boost, and this boy can feel an improvement in metabolism.
Sir requires His boy s37 to focus on the following goal targets for September:
- boy will diversify his pushup routine to include regular, wide and narrow pushups and hit a goal of 60 per day
- boy will focus on maintaining a workout plan despite the focus on kitchen project
- boy will continue to track his diet and only not track meals approved by Sir

A measurable goal of a 35 in waist, a 38″ belly and a targeted body fat percentage of 20%. >> Decrease in weight, (.8lb), decrease in belly (.74″), increase in waist (.23″), and increase in body fat % (.4).
- August target – I will use the new tracking tool to keep track of Aug data >> Diet and workout tracking completed for each day of the month in August.
- August target – I will continue to avoid carbs after lunch and focus on a clean diet >> 71% of meals after lunch avoided carbs.
- August target – I will continue to perform at least 2 HIT workouts per week >> Two out of 4 total weekly workout periods contained at least 2 HIT workouts in August. A total of 7 HIT workouts were completed for the month.
Sir Zuegi’s goal targets for September:
- I will continue to avoid carbs after lunch and focus on a clean diet
- I will continue to perform at least 2 HIT workouts per week
