SIR’S COMMAND: This boy will submit for body image and measurement reporting on the first of each month. Body measures will be promptly recorded and reported to Sir with body measure changes trended over time.

- My boy s37 will develop a physique that is pleasing to me and that aligns with an athletic and muscular build with a targeted body fat percentage of 10-15%, a chest measure of 40”, bicep measures of 14”, a shoulder measure of 46” and thigh measures of 24”. >> Increases in chest (.58″), thigh (R: .28″, L: .38″)and shoulders (.27″) since January 2025 timeframe demonstrate growth. Decrease or little change in arm and calf size shows room for improvement. Increase of .4% in body fat since January shows need for additional focus.
- My boy s37 will develop and maintain a rock solid core with a chiseled and visible set of abs that’s pleasing to me. >> Increase in waist size (.24”) and body fat (.4%) show this is an area for improvement.
- My boy s37 will develop and maintain excellent cardiovascular health and endurance so that he performs well for all of my required training. >>This boy has felt a decrease in cardiovascular health the last couple of months.
- Sir’s approved instructions for boy s37 in June:
- Stay focused on diet >> Achieved 89%, but with only 45% of meals tracked due to vacation time and sick time.
- Continue pushups >> Completed 1,920 pushups in June.
- Stay focused on physical activity>> Completed 15 workouts in June.
Sir’s Instructions for July:
Sir requires His boy to focus on the following for July –
- My boy will maintain a weekly target of 800 pushups or more per week.
- My boy will complete no less than 20 total workouts in July.
- My boy will meet or exceed 85% diet adherence with no more than 5 diet days not tracked in July.
- My boy will get my permission for all alcohol consumption in July.
- My boy will complete a minimum of two boxing workouts per week with a cardio and endurance focus.

- Sir Zuegi’s Long-term Goals:
- I will build a more muscular physique and eat a balanced diet to maintain good health and physical form. A measurable goal of a 35 in waist, a 38″ belly and a targeted body fat percentage of 20%. >> Decrease in waist (.7″) and body fat % (-1.7%) trending in a good direction since January 2025. A decrease in chest size (-.56″) likely due to fat loss. Steady weight with decrease in waist/BF% supports overall muscle gain.
Sir Zuegi’s focus for July:
- No added carbs for dinner meal.
- Minimum 2 HIT style workouts per week.
