Notable measure changes in MAY:
- 1.5 lb increase in bodyweight & .1% decrease in body fat %
- 1.12 increase in belly
- .22″ increase in chest
- Decrease in L/R thigh size & L/R arm size
Challenges & Observations:
- Very challenging month and this boy wasn’t consistent due to illness and some other challenges. Workouts and diet were not tracked well and therefore not reported for May.
- Increase in chest and shoulders shows continued upper body progress.
- Increase in belly size indicates that this boy lacked in diet adherence.
- Decrease in thigh and arm size show muscle groups that need better activation.
- A lot of travel in June, and therefore looking to be accountable for some travel-friendly physical activity to help stay focused on Sir’s approved goals.
